A young male patient presenting with bleeding gum, splenomegaly & some petechial hemorrhage on his arms. Initial hematological investigation showed an increase total leucocyte count, reduced platelet counts and normocytic normochromic anaemia with some schistocytes. Differential count showed 10% atypical blasts which are large with high N:C ratio and abundant granules in the cytoplasm. Bone marrow aspirate showed similar cells and made of 28% of all nucleated cells in the marrow. Flow cytometric analysis of the bone marrow aspirate clinched the diagnosis and sample was sent for cytogenetic and molecular analysis. Cytogenetic analysis of these cells showed t(11;17)(q23;q21) which worried the consulting oncologist regarding the patient’s prognosis. When flow cytometry was done, which of the following phenotypes would have been present which helped the hematopathologist make the diagnosis?
