A young male patient presenting with bleeding gum, splenomegaly & some petechial hemorrhage on his arms. Initial hematological investigation showed an increase total leucocyte count, reduced platelet counts and normocytic normochromic anaemia with some schistocytes. Differential count showed 10% atypical blasts which are large with high N:C ratio and abundant granules in the cytoplasm. Bone marrow aspirate showed similar cells and made of 28% of all nucleated cells in the marrow.
